Tokyo Mew Mew is an anime TV series that aired from April 2002 till March 2003. This anime series is an adaptation of manga series of the same name written by Reiko Yoshida. Anime series is directed by Noriyuki Abe and produced by Studio Pierrot. The main story of this anime series revolves around teenage girl Ichigo Momomiya and her four friends who are influenced with DNA of rare animals. They gain special powers and transform into ‘Mew Mews’!
